Massive congratulations to Owen Jones of Bodelwyddan, near Rhyl who passed his practical manual driving test on the 31st of August 2018 on his 1st attempt at Rhyl Driving Test Centre. Owen was trained to this high standard by Daz Elie of Go Learn 2 Drive.
