Massive congratulations to Flora Armstrong Beattie from Rhyl who passed her manual practical driving test at the 1st attempt on the 18th of March 2019 at Rhyl Driving Test Centre. Flora only had 12 lessons and was trained to this very high standard by Elaine Pearson of Go Learn 2 Drive.
