Welcome to our our team of fully qualified and hardworking driving Instructors who are waiting to deliver your driving licence. Meet The Team in Rhyl.

We are a local and family run Driving School business operating on your doorstep.

All of our local Driving Instructors are fully qualified and CRB checked for your safety.

They will all deliver client centred Driving lessons to ensure you gain the maximum benefit from each lesson and a full report will be available with details of what topics were covered, what progress was made and any areas of weakness to be addressed. You will sign each lesson sheet to confirm start and finish times along with next lesson confirmation to eliminate any uncertainty.

All of our driving Instructors work to a strict code of conduct and adhere to our Driving School mission statement to maintain standards.

Phil Jones, School Owner

Phil Jones is the Driving School owner and will personally conduct driving lessons in the Rhyl area.

When I first started out I wasn’t the most confident person on the road ever although Phil sorted that out straight away, we’ve had some laughs whilst doing lessons and when I was in the wrong Phil made sure I knew what I did wrong and told me how to correct my mistakes. They are definitely worth the price as many instructors ask for similar prices (from what I hear) and don’t give anything close to golearn2drive! “My previous job was as a Senior Tutor for the Youth Engagement team at North Wales Training.

After recently giving my son and niece driving lessons I realised how rewarding it was and that it would provide the new challenge I was after. So, started training in December 2017 and qualified in February 2018.

I had a bad experience with a nationwide driving instructor training firm, so looked closer to home for a reliable and reputable company.

I am a Cadet Force Adult Volunteer with Clwyd & Gwynedd Army Cadet Force; my current responsibility is as a Company Commander for detachments from Deeside to Colwyn Bay.

“The most important criteria for me was to have a driving school that was well known in the area with a good reputation, also with good success rates, Go Learn 2 Drive met this criteria.

There was a lot more to learning to drive than I thought and a lot to be aware of on the road, but Daz explained everything perfectly for me, I found his teaching methods very good for my needs.

I would definitely recommend Go Learn 2 Drive because everything was brilliant for me, if I was struggling I was able to get extra help from Daz and the free online theory practice was very helpful.
